Can couples or friends join?
Yes. Some experiences are open to couples or small groups. Others are designed specifically for solo guests (The Private Table) — this will be clearly stated on each event page.

How does matching work?
For experiences that include matchmaking, we use a short intake form and manual screening to ensure compatibility and balance.
You can share preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
We don’t promise outcomes — we promise intentional introductions in the right setting.
Is this safe?
Safety and comfort are a top priority. We ensure:
- Private, respectful matching processes
- Profile screening
- Clear behaviour guidelines
- No sharing of contact details
What does the ticket price include?
Ticket inclusions vary by experience but typically cover a restaurant reservation, curted set menu and a hosted experience with proper matching.
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
In the rare case an event is cancelled, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another experience. We will contact you immediately once it is cancelled.
Can I get a refund?
Refund and reschedule policies vary by experience and are clearly stated before checkout.
